The Monarch School faculty is a group of highly skilled and loving individuals hired for their education, experience and their ability to engage, challenge, and most of all, inspire our students.
Because we believe a private school needs to have a sense of community and security for all students, we have faculty that live full time on our campus. This sense of community is felt when faculty go for walks around campus, pick from the garden, invite students to their homes for dinner and a movie or come up late at night to assist a student who isn’t feeling well. As with all exceptional boarding schools, faculty housing has always been an integral part of campus life and health.
All faculty and volunteers who engage with students must pass a drug test and are finger printed for a national back ground check.
